Does anyone know the full name of the Nokia E61 Office suite - Sheet, Presentation, Document and Notes - so I might be able to search for it?

Does the Options button work for everyone else who has upgraded their firmware or is the problem unique to the Vodafone upgrade?

I think it was actually when I flashed the firmware from Vodafone version 1.x to the generic version 3.x using the Nokia PC Suite that the problem occurred.

I can see the icons for the programs, and click on them to load them, but they don't do anything else. The Options button does nothing and the applications just seems to have become corrupt.

Re-flashing the device with 3.x does nothing and I cannot go back to 1.x now, so my only solution is to reinstall it somehow.

Don, Sorry my bad. But I do not know how did you loose them, there is no option for "removing them". I am afraid that you need to re-flash your E61 to get them back. Still I am confused to how you lost them!.

drqandil, I cannot find it listed within the Catalogue. The Complmentary Applications include Reuters, Golf Pro Contest and WorldMate. The Office Tools include Adobe Reader, Nokia Team Suite (messages and email) and Quickoffice (quite a different program). Then the range of Trial Applications don't include it either.

Hi

Congratulations on becoming an E61 owner!

You can download World Mate (and other bundled applications) from here http://nokia-asia.com/nokia/0,,91844,00.html# .

Have you ever used World Mate in the last 4 months?

If so, then the application should have prompted you to submit an email address and a password when you started it for the first time in order to activate your free 1-year subscription.

When you re-install World Mate all you need to do is submit the same email address and password within the application and it'll register the software for you.

If you've never used World Mate on your phone and never went through that initial registration process then you're most likely out of luck; at least I haven't figured out any other way yet.

Regards

Andy
