- holding # switches profiles (last 2 used? Between General/Silent in my case)
- obviously there is a need for letter to numbers. and learn how to spell.</description>

		<description>One thing I can think of is to have a background picture with a keypad in the lower left corner (where it's not covered by the phone number) to guide you.</description>

		<description>i dont think its possible.  ...its assumed that you know the corresponding numbers for the letters (ex. "ETRADE"). 

ive been told that dialing letters is possible for the e62 by holding the "char" button while pressing the buttons.  give that a try</description>
