Trouble with Xpressmail on Nokia e61
Sorry to disturb all the non-US e61 users but I have run into trouble with Cingular’s XpressMail on my e61. Following a recent update to the Cingular service the latest copy of the XpressMail client seems to think I have the network version as opposed to the personal edition. As a result, I can no longer log into my Xpressmail. Multiple downloads, resets, and calls to Cingular tech support haven’t saved me yet.
Has anyone managed to get XpressMail 6.7 personal edition to work on an e61? If so, can you please tell me how you made it happen?

Hi,
the easiest way to fix this is to re-register device and during the setup select the personal edition for whatever reason you got pointed at the Network edition. IF that doesn’t work uninstall xpressmail from your phone log into your web mail and send link to your phone download again and double check when setting up your phone you get pointed at the PE version. This happens to be from time to time on my windows mobile 5 device I use the app allot and find myself breaking it every now and then pushing the app too hard i guess.
