Hi,

Do I have to use TiVi only with a TiVi account or can I use any other SIP setting. I am using this to test our SIP server connected in our Lab with the 3g GGSN.

Thanks in adv..

TiVi Phone, while being free Voip software at the moment, has some limited user support via this website - www.sillyant.com,
amd go to F0rum section. It's true that installation problems may occur but they are usually resolvable. Download also available there.

2 Thotsten:

if you still got problems with certificate verification i recomend you to read your phone manual and disable verification.

It's another phone security, or maybe another "stupidfree" system :)

Can you explain me more.
In fact do you enter the username and the password of the your sip provider into the tivi config or do you register with a tivi account and when you dial what do you enter exactly:

phone number@ proxy domain

Thank you

My example above was removed (guess the server thought it was an email address). Should have been "..type AT (inside the Tivi App)..."

Not entirely true...you CAN connect to other SIP servers. When dialing, type @ (inside the Tivi App) and choose call->voice call. Worked for me.
