I am new to E61 .I would like to knw how to get Yahoo messanger in my mobile.I was using Noot mobile but now its not working and its not refreshing.

The one I’m using is the one that already mentioned iM+ by Shape Services.
It works great, plus you may use many other messengers like gTalk, MSN, ICQ, Yahoo, etc…

Hi, can somebody tell me how to configure Googlemail (gmail.com) on my Nokia E-61? I’ve tried every conceivable combination of port numbers and security settings, but it just won’t work. Also, I tried it with Outlook, with no success there either. Thanks in advance!
I am looking for an app that goes through my contacts (once a day or whenever) and lists today’s birthdays/anniversaries on the today screen (like calendar entries) or at least stores the birthdays in a separate table and displays the anniversaries within a specific number of days (i.e. Yesterday, today & tomorrow) whenever I start it. I had such a tool on Windows Moibile, but I need one on Symbian.
Best Birthday (the most common birthday app) goes through my contacts every time I start it (I’ve got 6000 contacts) and everytime I start it I have to change the sort criteria to “by day” and select “go to today”… so it takes me 5 mins to get to a view I need every day.
And: No. I don’t want to put my 6000 contacts birthdays in my calendar…
Does anyone know such an app?
Please help review E61 settings with vbuzzer. I did what I can in setting up my E61 with vbuzzer and when I dial the number using internet call, 1 416 xxx xxxx, it prompts me if I want to register with service, then if I say yes, it says, “registering with service for a long time and that’s it.”

Hi! I am using an E61, which i bought in the Philippines, and then i bought a Go Phone here in US and used the Cingular sim in my E61. Would you know if Cingular offers a push email service like Blackberry just by a prepaid account? I heard from some friends that I can get that. Thanks!
The sync process worked well the 1st time; after that I however get duplicates of birthdays as well as recurring events. Syncing with cable. Any idea what the problem is?
Cant get E61 to register with Wengo, have 4 other sip services configured and have Wengo running on softphone using same AP.
Anyone have any working Wengo settings they could share?

I have an E61 since two days, I’m trying to understand if it’s possible to use it into a free WLAN without having the standard SIM inserted into the phone.
Can anybody help me on this?

Hi All,
After many weeks, I’ve got my E61. It’s a very nice phone, the joy stick wasn’t much problem, even though sometimes I missed my stylus from Jasjam. Anyway, I’ve got Asus WL500G wireless router and it’s been running ok with WPA/PSK and all the laptops on the network have no problem connecting to it once I configured with correct key.
Come E61 and got WPA authentication failed error message. After googling, it’s seems, known problem. So, I thought, well, try with open/shared and wep - didn’t work either - both with 64 and 128bit. I’m at a lost what to do, The only way to get emails, freely is my wifi as I don’t want to pay obscene data charges :p.
I’d like to know what wifi router other ppl are using with E61. Please share your config and experiences
