New sections on the NokMe.com

Guys,

As you may already noticed I have added 2 new sections with Nokia E61 Themes and a music one Nokia E61 Ringtones those sections I plan to update as soon as I get new stuff around.

Btw, let me know, what else, whould You like to see on NokMe.com, probably you know even better them me ;)

I don’t know your name but anyway, you are convinced me to buy E61 ;) I bought it yesterday, but already have some problems with this “smarty pants phone” :D I have try to download from nokia web site some free software but didn’t work out to do this via GPRS connection directly to the phone, I don’t know why but phone told me that can’t install any apps, but I had no problems with Opera and HandyZip from epocware web site. That’s really strange, Nokia suggest to download sis files to PC, why? Why I can’t get them installed directly? Do you know? btw: i’ve got this two themes and Handy Zip (7day trial) told me that this files corrupted. I can’t unzip them on the phone, that’s sucks.

  3. Dear macalex ,

    The e61 has a protection setting were it only install signed software. Disable this if you trust the software and then you can install any compatible S60 3rd ed software.

  6. Macalex, yes Amjad is right about security settings this should help.

    About corrupted files i had resubmited “Themes” files you may try now.

    All files ending “.sis” and “sisx” can be downloaded & installed directly on the phone.

  8. Thanks again to Amjad and Pasha! Everything worked out great, I had no problems to install apps after I turned off signs check.
