Hmm, this looks strange. Bought my e61 a week ago and here is how it looks like:

Val,
I see know why mine costed only 11000 rubles for new device. 2 month ago. It was some kind of “SAMOPAL” at least it works withouT any serious bugs…

Most probably yes. Letters on yours look like they were handmade using standart english keyboard as a base, especially those which are sticked above original letters! Ouch!
Or might have been some sort of beta…
Mine costed 13800 from official nokia center. So, around 100 bucks difference!

About a month ago I made localization of Nokia SU-8W bluetooth keyboard. It’s strange - this product is on Russian market at least 3 years - but it is still not localized. It has terrible Finnish layout on the keys - that is conflicting with driver layout. I.e. - to type sign ‘-’ you must press Fn key then ‘ ‘! And there are many of such stupid things. Key stickers for notebook cannot solve the trouble. It’s hard for me to say about that in details in English :-/
I remove all these bugs by printing key stickers (in typography, not SAMIZDAT
). If you would like, I may send you photoshop file with stickers images.

Does anybody know how to add cyrillic input to an E61 which has only English and Netherlands writing languages? Some localization software or maybe localized firmware version?

Alex:
Check out this link http://www.e-series.org/archives/236#comment-7243 for upgrading firmware on the E61. Set your Product code as 0530150 for the Euro-K1 UA Silver model, which will give you English/Ukrainian/Russian support. My e61 has the arabic keyboard, but I use this product code to get Ukrainian input. BTW, your blue keys may not match those of this layout, but I find that I can either remember the frequently used blue keys or simply use the Chr button for this input.

Pasha. Did you buy your e61 in Moscow? I want to buy one with large English letters small Russian letters like yours. (I mostly use English, but want to be able to use Russian occasionally). Where did you buy your phone? Maybe I could buy an e61 with the standard Russian keyboard and we could swap?? my email is conorpdh at yahoo dot com.

Pasha, can you tell the product code for your phone? I tried the 0530150 but it breaks original english layout to one val has. My device has practically the same keyboard as yours and I love it the way it is. All I want just to add some cyrillic input and hope that you can give a more appropriate product code.
