For username and password, I left it blank. Using guest guest also worked.

Make sure you use a cable that your version of OSX recognizes (it should pop up when you go to System Preferences/Network). The cable that was included with my Nokia E61 wasn't recognized (with OSX 10.3.9, or 10.4.8 anyway). The Nokia CA-70 was recognized.

You don't need USB, just use the "Nokia CID1" modem script and connect through Bluetooth. Use the name of your access point (usually 'internet' or 'tmobile') as phone number and leave username/password blank.

Hi, thanks for the advice. However I cant get it to work. I used the Motorola modem scripts as well as the Nokia ones, but always get the error message that the modem failed. I use Bluetooth, it connects to the E61, tries to dial, but thats it. Did you use "guest" as password or did you leave it blank? Thanks.
